1. Whole machine is made by stainless steel and aluminium alloy, which has the reasonable and compact structure, easy to adjust.

3. Using unique synchronous cutter block, in the specification range, no need to change the cutter block.  If needed to change, it can be done in 5 minutes.      

4. Wide application scope: suitable for food, beverage, cleaning supplies, medicine, wine bottles and other plastic bottles, glass bottles, PVC, PET, PS, tin containers.  

5. The sleeve label feeder matches with the adjusting back set, which can be adjusted following the different label from 5 to 10.

6. Low maintenance cost: the machine adopts low-cost discarded blade, easy to replace. 

7. Uses advanced human-machine interface controlling technique, key electrical parts are imported from international famous suppliers.

8. Automatic controlling feeding motor, it can adjust the tensile force and level of the label.

9. Roll label cut inspecting system can guarantee the low error.      

10. Uses Japanese serve motor or high sensitivity photoelectric device, the length of the label can be cut precisely.        

11. Stainless steel electrical controlling system, PLC controller is Mitsubishi or the same level brand product.
